What is Effex about

Learning, done humanistically.

Effex is built on a simple refusal: we won't shrink learning down to drills and test scores. Teaching is a craft, and we treat it like one, shaping curious, confident people, not just exam results.

Knowledge is meant to be explored, not rushed. And in every lesson, both voices count: the student's and the tutor's.
